Central Registration Process/Policy: The Academy D20 Student Enrollment System was created to allow parents to use a web-based on -line system to perform the initial steps of enrollment.  This system provides the parents a means of filling out the main student enrollment forms, including student/parent/guardian names and address into, relationships, emergency info, etc.  This information is maintained in a separate system from IC and allows Central Registry to review and gather the required enrollment documents prior to the information

Custom Reports with Excel/Access: Attendees will learn about using Excel and Access to access IC through an ODBC connection to build customized queries and reports.  Sample Access reports will include, report cards, student count cards and master schedule pivot table.  Excel filtering, sorting, grouping and pivot tables will also be used.  A basic knowledge of Access is helpful as well the ability to connect to the IC database.  This session will move quickly through technical material.

Custom Reports with ODBC 

Customizing Infinite Campus (Custom Tabs, Fields): Learn how to create tabs that will hold district- or school-specific information.  A custom tab can be created for anything the school/district wants to pull reports from or record.  We will see how easy it is using Custom Attribute and the Attribute/Dictionary list to assign values/tables to the custom fields.  See how to add and delete custom attribute entries and how to add links to web sites on the Campus Index for easy access using the Outline Links tool.  This feature can be used to add the school website or the district homepage to the Index.
