Report
Wizard by Steven Bohlender
Need
to generate skills / standards-based report cards for elementary and / or
secondary schools? Take a look at our innovative ReportWizard (skills /
standards-based report cards) application. Track student achievement on
standards with SASIxp, InteGrade Pro, and / or ABACUSxp, and create high-quality
report cards for parents, customized to your specifications. Save teachers time
entering standards information, and incorporate traditional “A, B, C” grades
with skills / standards on a SINGLE report card. Automatically transfer
report card data back to SASIxp, and archive results with student records
longitudinally for retrieval by teachers and administrators for the student’s
academic career!

This
session will cover new data requirements for the electronic

Learn how to use Basic (Walk-In) Scheduling to schedule individual
students into classes. This session is great for counselors or registrars who
are responsible for the day-to-day scheduling of new students. It is also ideal
for small schools who find Mass Scheduling to be “overkill” for their needs.
Score
Analyzer by Steven Bohlender
Concerned about meeting requirements of the No Child Left Behind (NCLB) Act? Reduce
the time needed to analyze and communicate student achievement scores from DAYS
to MINUTES with CIC ScoreAnalyzer software (used by teachers and administrators
to “slice and dice” student achievement data). Extremely
easy to use (train administrators and teachers in ONE HOUR or less), and visual
representation of achievement data; scores are color-coded to quickly identify
trends and communicate results. Bar
graphs and pie charts are dynamically updated to display selected data (test
parts / scores). Use Score Analyzer to take student demographics and achievement
data from your student information system and summarize into easy to use graphs
and totals, with the ability to “slice and dice” the information for School
Improvement Plans / NCLB requirements “on the fly”. Use this slick tool to
quickly and easily identify trends in student achievement!

Use
your PDA with SASI and IGPro! by Steven Bohlender
Administrators wanting access to student data (schedules, student information,
grades, attendance, discipline, etc.) with their PDA?
P.E. teachers need to enter attendance data from a Palm / Pocket PC
device on the athletic field / gym floor? Teachers
want to enter gradebook data on a PDA? If any of the above apply to you, attend
this session! Mobile Administrator
/ Mobile Teacher applications enable administrators and teachers to access their
student, attendance, and gradebook data from ANY PDA that supports a browser,
including Palm, Pocket PC, Handspring Visor and others. MSS is the ONLY vendor
on the market today that offers a unique browser-based application running on
PDA’s; any PDA that can support a web browser will do!
MSS’ two-way (import and export) data integration allows data to be
entered on the PDA and moved back, unlike competitor’s products that provide
“view only” access to data.
