Colorado State ID’s, RITS and EOY by Colorado Department of Education
This session will cover the newly introduced system of determining State Assigned ID’s (SASID’s), as well as an over of the RITS system in use for completing this process. In addition, changes to the End of Year reporting requirements will be outlined.

Activities Eligibility by Debbie Cooper
Activities Eligibility can be used to allow school, district, and state reporting from season to season, year to year, school to school.  It can be used to create an athletic/activity history for each student as he or she progresses through his or her high school career to assist the student in future goals, awards, and scholarships.   Many advanced query techniques will also be presented. Session 2 Presentation Descriptions 

Score Analyzer by Steven Bohlender
Concerned about meeting requirements of the No Child Left Behind (NCLB) Act?  Reduce the time needed to analyze and communicate student achievement scores from DAYS to MINUTES with CIC ScoreAnalyzer software (used by teachers and administrators to “slice and dice” student achievement data). Extremely easy to use (train administrators and teachers in ONE HOUR or less), and visual representation of achievement data; scores are color-coded to quickly identify trends and communicate results.  Bar graphs and pie charts are dynamically updated to display selected data (test parts / scores). Use Score Analyzer to take student demographics and achievement data from your student information system and summarize into easy to use graphs and totals, with the ability to “slice and dice” the information for School Improvement Plans / NCLB requirements “on the fly”. Use this slick tool to quickly and easily identify trends in student achievement!
